A Man-Hating Joke from Anna Quindlen

Pulitzer Prize winning author, journalist, and feminist, Anna Quindlen, just gave a lecture at benefit for the Saratoga Children's Museum. Here's a joke she told:

Quindlen repeated a joke she'd heard from a colleague: A man went to the doctor who told him he had to have a brain transplant. He had the choice of two brains, one of a man and one of a woman. The man's brain was $50,000, the woman's brain was $5,000.

'Why is the woman's brain so much cheaper?' the patient asked.

'Because it's used,' the doctor replied.
