A very sad story....

Here's a custody case that is truly sad....a father has just lost custody of his three daughters, to his wife who has just moved in with another woman.

The family had been living in the UK -- the father went back home to visit his mother, and while he was gone, the mother moved out, and initiated divorce proceedings. An arcane Canadian law meant that the process has to be played out in the UK courts, and the kids had to move back with the mother...where the process had started.

The girls twice defied a court order to go with their mother last month. They made it clear they wanted to stay in Canada with their father.

“The place that the children want to be is in Canada,” Mr. England maintained Thursday. “They are Canadians.”
