Women against political correctness...

Not surprisingly, many women are against political correctness.

Political correctness has created a "stultifying, boring and bland" workplace, reducing men to nervous nellies too afraid to say anything that might offend the PC police, some Boston women executives contend in a new survey.

"I believe that political correctness and the fear of harassment suits has become a detriment to women's advancement," said one woman in the survey by the Boston Club, a business group for local female executives. "Men are on guard around women, denying us many informal bonding opportunities with potential mentors."

Another respondent said workplaces in general have "lost their spontaneity" and "good natured kidding and laughing," thanks to the constant "quest to say and do the 'right' thing."
