Here's an alarmist report on Global Warming. But note the following:
The report also warns that man-made climate changes would continue for decades, even if all emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases stopped immediately.Yes, some honesty there, for sure. The only sensible approach is to focus on spending our money wisely - not on reducing emissions, but on fighting the effects of global warming.

Have you noticed how unprepared Canada is on a mumber of issues? I happened to be listening to The House on the CBC and they had a report about how Canada is a major center for pirating films. According to their reports, up tp 40% of of films on the streets in the world are from Montreal. We are a hub for car thefts, Nazi's finding a home and terrorist cells. Now, in addition to being unprepared for a terrorist attack we are not ready for global warming. Where's the leadership? As for global warming itself, junkscience.com discloses many interesting articles about this.
