Layton makes a crazy promise, but of course, has no way of fulfilling it.
New Democrat Leader Jack Layton says the NDP will push to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 25 per cent by 2020.Of course, that would bankrupt the country...but Jack won't tell anybody about that.
Offering few concrete details of the cost of the project or how he will accomplish the goal....
