Palestinians again fail in unity government....

It seems like every second day they make an announcement that they have failed....

The Palestinian president and prime minister, heading rival movements, on Monday failed again to agree on a joint government that might lead to lifting Western sanctions that have bankrupted their administration — but they planned to keep trying.

The plain fact of the matter is that Hamas has been very clear that they will never recognize Israel...so any national unity government will still not be able to get international funding.
