A potential 3,000 Al-Qaeda terrorists in Spain....
Now, who can say how accurate this report is...
Around 3,000 people in Spain regularly consult Al Qaeda Web sites and Internet forums as well as affiliated organizations working to recruit extremists not only in Spain but all over the world, Spanish daily El Pais writes today citing Security Services sources. According to the article, people consulting the Web sites are either young muslims or citizens converted to Islamic Jihad who usually go to cybercafes where controls are more difficult to take place. Security Services sources explain that the recruiters, operating mainly from Pakistan and Afghanistan but also from France, pick the "right' people and then let them enter the restricted Internet forums where discussions are held using a secret code created by Al Qaedàs computer scientists called 'Mujaheddin's Secret'. The Global Islamic Media Front is one of the most popular forums, the paper says.
