Hurricane forecasts for 2008.....

An interesting quote in a story about hurricane activity in 2008...

Meteorologists explain the recent decline in hurricane activity on cooler ocean temperatures and the development of a high-altitude wind shear that shaves the top off the powerful storm cells that typically form off the coast of West Africa, robbing them of energy as the meander westward across the Atlantic.

Cooler ocean temperatures??? I guess we can all blame that on global warming...I am sure that's what the models predict, no?
