Conspiracy Theory on "The Current"...
I guess nothing that Anna Maria Tremonti does can embarrass the CBC...
When Basem Ezbidi, a professor of political science at Birzeit University in the West Bank, informed listeners to CBC's The Current this past Monday that the rockets raining down on Israel were purchased from "the Israeli mafia" and from "Israeli agents," he wasn't just spouting nonsense made up off the top of his head. He was articulating the latest Jewish conspiracy theory and applying it to the situation in Gaza.I feel no sympathy...she should know better...but then, it is the CBC.
After Professor Ezbidi broadcast his conspiracy theory across the nation on Monday, the host of The Current, Anna Maria Tremonti, asked "Can you substantiate that?" But when her distinguished guest failed to offer any glimmer of evidence to support his claim, Tremonti didn't kick him off her show. She didn't even press the point. Airing conspiracy theories should not be the role of the national broadcaster, I suppose, but I find myself sympathizing with the challenge Tremonti faced at that moment. She was in an impossible position: How can you ask a madman to explain the source of his madness?

What else would we expect from one of the far-left bias CBC bimbo?
If Harper was an actual small-c conservative he would have closed/sold the far-left bias CBC by now.
