So basically , we see a small body on a gurney while men move about trying to look busy.
Then , we hear a beep as a man points to a Monitor and declares it reads that the vicitm is dead.
Camera cuts to another scene and then back to a white sheet that is tossed over a long object shaped like a human , from there we see a Rent-a-Mob of grievers cry to a white sheet with red spots on it.
Maybe Penn and Teller could expose this farce and yank the sheet at the end to expose the Roswell alien from the Autopsy video while Teller is now in the clothes of a griever and turns around and smiles since he was the original sap on the gurney.
