They're not celebrating in Cairo. They're not happy at all about the anniversary. But, even thought that might be somewhat disappointing, the real point about this anniversary is that there has been 30 years of peace. It might well be a cold peace, but it's peace nonetheless. And, it makes war a thing of the distant past. And, who can argue with that?
