The United Arab Emirates has refused to grant a visa to Israel's representative on a global trade body for a conference in Dubai, only three weeks after also denying a visa to Israeli Shahar Peer for a tennis tournament.
The U.A.E refused over the weekend to grant a visa to the manager of Bank Leumi's international trade section, Sarah Younger, who also acts as Israel's representative on the International Chamber of Commerce's Banking Commission.
She was supposed to attend a meeting of the commission in Dubai beginning Monday.
