For a Free and Independent Taiwan...

I went to a lecture yesterday by Ms. Annette Lu, the former VP of Taiwan (2000-2008). She gave an impassioned speech for the Independence of Taiwan - and I am in total agreement. For decades, Taiwan has been ostracized by the international community because of the People's Republic of China, and this is a horrible injustice. Taiwan is still not a member of the United Nations, and China regularly denies Taiwan's participation at a variety of international forums. The only remedy is complete independence for Taiwan, and the sooner the better.
