I love it when two men kiss......

but no kiss on the hand...what does that mean???
Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei prevented Mahmoud Ahmadinejad from kissing his hand during a ceremony on Monday to approve his presidency, the official IRNA news agency reported.

"Just like four years ago... Ahmadinejad wanted to kiss his hand, but the leader prevented him from doing so," IRNA said, quoting its reporter at the endorsement ceremony.

"So then he (Ahmadinejad) asked that he be allowed to kiss the leader's shoulder and the request was granted by the leader with a smile."

Television footage showed Khamenei taking a step back as Ahmadinejad bent towards him to kiss his hand.

After his surprise election victory in 2005, Ahmadinejad kissed Khamenei's left hand and the picture made the front page of several newspapers.

This is such a Catholic sign of fidelity aka the Pope. Who knew that the Muslims have the same tradition. Cheers.
