Hamas wants phased plan until all of Palestine is liberated...

This is why Israel cannot make peace with the Palestinians...not until they sort out their own internal dispute with Hamas...

In an interview with the Egyptian opposition newspaper Al-Wafd, Hamas official Mahmoud Al-Zahhar said that Hamas advocated the liberation of all Palestine, from the Lebanon border to Rafah and from the [Dead] Sea to the [Mediterranean] Sea.

He said that Hamas' consent to a Palestinian state in the 1967 borders was part of a phased plan, the first phase of which was to liberate the West Bank and the Gaza Strip – and that Fatah believes, in contrast, that this is the final phase.
