They don't arrest him for reckless driving..but for blasphemy...
Palestinian Authority police arrested a Nablus resident Monday for "blasphemy," a police report said.
Police said they stopped a car for reckless driving, and the driver was arrested when he shouted at officers and "cursed God."
The detainee was not identified.
