Hezbollah must be disarmed...

I hope that Europe can soon figure out that Hezbollah is a terrorist group and must be disarmed - both the sake of Lebanon and for the sake of Israel. Here's some excerpts of article in the Lebanon Daily Star by a journalist who interviewed Hezbollah's deputy leader, Sheikh Naim Qassem...

Hizbullah will offer whatever "material support" Palestinians need in their struggle against Israel as the group reiterated its "unconditional support" for their struggle against the Jewish State.

And Hezbollah intends to lobby European politicians to ensure the group is not added to the terrorist list.

The party's response to this international pressure, Qassem said, will see it dispatch some of its Lebanese MPs to tour Europe to lobby European politicians.

He said: "We are preparing for some of our MPs to visit several European countries to meet with European politicians, decision makers, and the media, to clarify the party's image there. We should not settle for meeting delegations who visit us here."

Just what we need - weak-kneed European politicians meeting with Hezbollah.
