The Health Care Ruling....

I'm fairly pleased with the Supreme Court ruling on allowing private insurance. But, look at the reaction of Stephen Harper. Here is what he said to the Ottawa Citizen:

Conservative leader Stephen Harper said Mr. Martin must shoulder personal blame for a decade of deep health care funding cuts to the provinces.

"I think he has brought us to this state today," said Mr. Harper, who added, "our party will be committed to making sure there's a strong system of public health insurance in this country and that no Canadian is denied necessary medical service because of their inability to pay."

Couldn't he say anything positive about the ruling? How about something about freedom on choice? How about something on the innovation of private enterprise in health care? Or, how this ruling meshes with a Conservative policy on health care.
