The hypocrisy of the Toronto Star
Keron Cato is a member of the Toronto Star's Editorial Board and he has written an op-ed in today's paper on racial profiling.
I am just like you. My three handsome black brothers are not prone to violence. Our chocolate brown skin, the texture of our hair and our brown eyes do not define us. Our God and our family define us. As Martin Luther King wished, we define ourselves by the content of our character, not the colour of our skin. We just wish our fellow Canadians would do the same.I've always liked that quote by Martin Luther King, but would Cato believe the same when it comes to quotas for so-called 'visible minorities'????
