How many of these incidents have to happen before they realize they have to disarm the terrorists?

Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia was forced to flee a building in a West Bank refugee camp Wednesday after militants shot at the structure.

An explosive device was also detonated as he and his entourage, including several cabinet ministers, left the Balata refugee camp. No one was injured.

Qureia was speaking inside a sports club near the northern West Bank city of Nablus when Palestinian gunmen inside the building fired in the air about 100 metres from the prime minister, witnesses said.
