How's this for discrimination?

It seems everyday there is somebody new who is claiming discrimination. In today's National Post there is a story about a women who says she is a victim because she did not receive maternity leave, despite having a surrogate give birth.

A surrogate mother gave birth to Dr. McLeod's biological baby in 2003.

Dr. McLeod is now hoping a human rights tribunal in August will conclude she was discriminated against because her diabetes prevented her from carrying the baby.

The whole purpose of the benefits program is to alleviate stress from giving birth.
