Couldn't Annan ask the Palestinians to at least disarm?
Kofi Annan told reporters Tuesday that he expected Israel to make more concessions, in a statement made after the Quartet's meeting on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly .
"For us, the quartet, it is Gaza first and then the next stage will be the West Bank. Not Gaza first and Gaza last," he said.
