Norwegians talking about lack of men's rights...
I wish our 'new' government would start talking about this as well...
Even on a normal day, the sport's pub known as Bohemen in Oslo city centre is dominated by men. Monday night, however, the men in the sport's pub were all there for a reason other than socialising, called in to duty by the Minister of Children and Equality Karita Bekkemellem.
The 32 men in the sport's pub are members of the newly established Men's panel, set up by Bekkemellem to introduce a public debate on men's rights. Men are falling behind in the education system, rarely get custody over children after divorce, and face other health risks than women, the minister argued.
The Men's panel will discuss these issues and more, and will advise the Government on the drafting of a forthcoming white paper on men and equality, due next summer.

Sexism, racism, homophobia - are all very politically correct attributes if applied 'correctly'.
Whatever happened to human rights?...
When will it all stop? People (men or women) having to form a panel to advise a government what they're all about.
I suppose governments like Norway have "Contact us" on their various web sites 'catering' to the 'emotionally disordered'* where pat answers for not considered issues are provided.
*emotionally disordered - I like that (and only on a half cup of coffee).
