The Brussels Examining Magistrate Michel Claise has closed down the offices of the Muslim Executive. The Executive is the representative body for the estimated 350,000 to 380,000 Muslims living in Belgium. The judicial authorities in Brussels hold the Executive responsible for alleged forgery committed at its Brussels Offices.

Now, this is Belgium. A member of the EU with all its visa permissions. And the Muslim Executive represents 350,000 to 380,000 Muslims (give or take 30,000).
Now let's see. If that's the estimate, I'd calculate at least half that again.
Not even North Carolina issues that many bogus drivers' licenses.
