A Sharia Law Hotel???
Yes, in Bangalore, India...
Hotels have a deserved reputation as the hosts of all kinds of sinful activity, from illicit midnight trysts between the sheets, to rock parties that leave rooms looking like warzones, hotels allow you to do the kind of things you wouldn’t do at your mothers. Apparently not, if you stay at the E-Inn Hitech Star Hotel in Bangalore, India. The E-Inn is one of the world’s first hotels to adhere to the principles of Sharia Law, what does this mean for the guest? no smoking, no drinking alcohol, vegetarian food only and wonderfully, in a semi-tropical country, no centralized air-conditioning, which apparently spreads dust, someone forgot to tell them it also stops you being stewed alive.
It doesn't come cheap with guests asked to hand-over $125 a night for these privileges. Those thinking of taking a room might be better checking into a cheaper hotel, meaning almost any other hotel in Bangalore, and then don’t smoke, drink, and only eat vegetarian food, and I guess if the air-conditioning is getting up your nose, you could, well, turn it off. Just a thought.

Islam has those 'temporary' marriages for those who just want to screw - patrons might actually get a good bang for their buck...
