Separate laws for aboriginals....
It's hard to believe this story...but this is what multiculturalism has come to...
A previously convicted drunk driver will not serve a day behind bars for an alcohol-fueled crash which killed his fiancé on Valentine's Day and left three other innocent motorists seriously injured.Edward Sinclair, 51, was handed a two-year-less-a-day conditional sentence Thursday which allows him to remain free in the community.
Provincial court Judge Linda Giesbrecht cited Sinclair's claims of being a "role model" in the native community as a key factor in her decision to reject the Crown's bid for a two year jail term.
Giesbrecht said she was also following a Supreme Court edict which tells judges to give special consideration to some Aboriginal offenders based on their troubled upbringing.
Sinclair had told a probation officer he began drinking at a young age after seeing his father do it and has fought a losing battle with the bottle ever since because of his culture.
"His perception of inequality in his younger years has contributed to his use and abuse of alcohol," said Giesbrecht.
Thanks to James for sending me this clip.

Unbelievable!!!
So he drank because his he saw his father drink.
Now we have the judge showing his kids that their father drinks and gets away with killing his fiance because it wasn't his fault because he saw his father drink.
Where does that circle of logic end?
Great blog BTW.
The esteemed judge is saying that the poor savages can't be expected to control themselves like good wholesome white folk.
Aboriginals love condescending liberals and will accept insults like this if they can get away with crime.
