International Atomic Energy Agency chief Mohamed ElBaradei confirmed Monday that traces of uranium were found at a site reportedly bombed by Israel that the US has said was an almost completed plutonium-producing reactor.El Baradei says he wants to see greater 'transparency' from Syria.
