Identity politics at its worst.....
A horrible quote from Obama's choice for Supreme Court Justice:
In 2001, Sonia Sotomayor, an appeals court judge, gave a speech declaring that the ethnicity and sex of a judge “may and will make a difference in our judging.”Hat tip: Thanks to Tony for sending this to me...
In her speech, Judge Sotomayor questioned the famous notion — often invoked by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and her retired Supreme Court colleague, Sandra Day O’Connor — that a wise old man and a wise old woman would reach the same conclusion when deciding cases.
“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life,” said Judge Sotomayor, who is now considered to be near the top of President Obama’s list of potential Supreme Court nominees.

Obama's designees think they died and are enroute to the promised land.
They are somehow smarter than everyone else now that Obama has anointed them
I think it's time Whites pulled the race and bigot card in reverse
Obama had a chance today to show that he does indeed plan to govern from the centre.
He choose to show he intends to govern from the FAR left!
All throgh the south the racial warfare is black/latino. If she is going to judge based on her racial experience Barrack's folks are in for a surprise. No more monopoly on affirmative acton.
