Idiotic Canadians in the Flotilla...
Thank God Canada is represented...
Israel says all of the nearly 700 pro-Palestinian activists _ including three Canadians _ detained in a deadly raid on an aid flotilla Monday are expected to be deported by the end of the day. Here's some information on Farooq Burney:
One of the activists is Kevin Neish of Victoria, B.C. The CBC identified two other Canadians as Farooq Burney and Rifat Audeh, without giving any details.
Farooq Burney was the Assistant Executive Director of the Global Relief Foundation (GRF), which the U.S. government shut down in December 2001 because of the organization’s ties to terrorism. Burney also served as GRF’s media manager and spokesman.
In 1997 Burney worked for the Toronto office of the Al-Khidmat Welfare Society (AKWS), a "partner organization" to the Islamic Circle of North America. AKWS has also worked extensively with the Pakistan Islamic Medical Association (PIMA). An FBI raid of the house of PIMA’s former President, Akmal Wahid, revealed that Wahid was harboring two individuals with ties to al Qaeda.

Just something that I came across in my blog today, Fred.
Just how bad is it in Gaza?
Well, they have a lower infant mortality rate than Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, the Bahamas, China, Egypt, Iran, and 112 other countries.
They have a 95% literacy rate.
Meanwhile.. in Helmand Province - which has been under control of Islamic extremists for some time, we see the third worst infant mortality rate in the world (16% to Gaza's less than 2%) and a 5% literacy rate - which isn't getting better when you kill teachers and students trying to learn to read.
So.
Question of the day on my blog, why isn't Kevin Neish and his fellow terrorist sympathizers in a truck convoy heading to Helmand?
It's clear the Farooq is lying through his teeth.
The video evidence clearly disproves his lies.
"I was not directly under the helicopter, but I could see things quite clearly: First one commando, then another descended.
People rushed the first commando and they overpowered him.
How? Did they use wooden clubs or metal rods or anything?
No, it was just basically hand-to-hand combat. You have to realize there were about 25 or 30 people fighting with this guy, and they overpowered him and disarmed him. Then they threw him onto the deck below.
And they didn’t use any weapons at all when they were doing this?
No, none at all.
What happened to the second commando?
They overpowered him too; also just with hand-hand fighting.
Did they throw him off the deck as well?
No, they locked him up in a room....."
