Racial profiling can make you rich....

Here's an incredible case in Toronto.

FORMER TORONTO police chief Julian Fantino is accused of being negligent in dealing with racial profiling in a $3 million lawsuit.

A Toronto real estate broker acquitted of drug charges after a judge ruled last fall he was targeted by racial profiling accuses Fantino of negligence and is seeking $3 million in damages from the former chief and Toronto Police.

Kevin Khan's statement of claim filed in Superior Court alleges malicious prosecution, false imprisonment and abuse of police authority.

Of course, the police did find cocaine in his car when he was stopped....

Police found one kilo of cocaine with a street value of $100,000 in Khan's vehicle on Oct. 22, 2001, but the judge excluded the evidence and dismissed the charge

The judge bought the politically correct line that Khan was targeted solely because of his race. Now, he'll probably get rich from this incident....
