This blog supports limited government, the right of the State of Israel to live in peace and security, and tries to expose the threat to us all from cultural relativism, post-modernism, and radical Islam. Is Noam Chomsky dreaming?

He claims that it is Israel and the US that blocks a peaceful two-state solution in the middle east....
What would break the cycle? The basic outlines of a solution to the Israel-Palestine conflict have been supported by a broad international consensus for 30 years: a two-state settlement on the international border, perhaps with minor and mutual adjustments.

The Arab states formally accepted this proposal in 2002, as the Palestinians had long before. Hizbullah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah has made it clear that though this solution is not Hizbullah's preference, they will not disrupt it. Iran's "supreme leader" Ayatollah Khamenei recently reaffirmed that Iran too supports this settlement. Hamas has indicated clearly that it is prepared to negotiate for a settlement in these terms as well.
Let me get this right - Iran, Hezbollah, and Hamas all call for the destruction of Israel. I have never seen any of them offer their support for a two-state solution. What is Noam Chomsky smoking????

Noam isn't just deluded, he's dangerous. I pray for the day that he moves to Cuba permanently to live in his socialist utopia.

I think we should give him to the Israelis and let them use him as a trade piece to get IDF soldiers back from terrorists, but then again the terrorists probably don't want the annoyance either.

Millionaire Gnome Chomsky is an idiot - but he's a millionaire because of the show he puts on. It's unlikely any rational person would make such asinine statements - unless they were making big money.

There should be a small cottage industry built up around debunking his clearly ludicrous statements.

The scary thing is that two popular blogs I visited lately, written by otherwise intelligent people, have a link to Noam Chomsky's Web site under "Sites I visit often". Here I thought it was confined to anarchists and lunatics, but I'm disturbed to find he's gained such widespread currency.
