Dutch will try to ban veils...
Hey, are the Dutch starting to wake up?
The Dutch government has announced that it would seek a way of banning the wearing of burqas and other Muslim face veils in public places, possibly becoming the first European country to impose such a ruling.
The announcement comes at a time when the debate on such veils and whether they prevent Muslims from integrating has gathered momentum across Europe and drawn comments from leaders such as Britain's Tony Blair and Italy's Romano Prodi.
Last December Dutch lawmakers voted in favour of a proposal by far-right politician Geert Wilders to outlaw face-coverings, partly on security grounds, and asked Immigration Minister Rita Verdonk to examine the feasibility of such a ban.
Ms Verdonk said the fact veils were worn for religious reasons could bring new legislation into conflict with Dutch religious freedom laws, but signalled the government would try to find a way around this.
"The cabinet finds the wearing of a burqa undesirable ... but cannot at present enforce a total ban," she said after a cabinet meeting.
Existing legislation already limits the wearing of burqas and other total coverings in public transport or schools, Ms Verdonk said, but the cabinet would discuss imposing as wide a ban as possible next week.
"The government will search for the possibility to provide a ban," her spokeswoman told Reuters.

Touche , I was starting to think that the Islamists were about to do what the Nazis couldn't do , and that is to impose a Psychological terrorism on people by dressing as civilians with a facial disguise as tp hide the

People are finally waking up to the reality of Islam, Muslims don't want equality within non-Islamic Nations, they want special Rights and when they become the Majority the Quran tells them to wage Jihad for Shariah-law and an Islamic State, then the whole Nation as Islamic .
Canada is lucky enough to have a small Muslims population, but with Pro-Shariah /Whahabbi Muslims like CAIR-Canada and the CIC headed by Muhammad Elmasry , I know that about 90% of the "Islamophobia" and Mosque "Vandalism" is fabricated to incite young Muslims like the recent 17 Sunni-Pakistani background ones arrested in June 06 .

Olivia never predicted a MP's seat in Ottawa , but now Canada has a MP that is more of a threat than the Bloc because Chow and the NDP have backed the Jihadists/Hamas/Hezbollah/CAIR and anti-Israel idiots in our Universities on Visas from the Middle east .
I used to think Tarek Fatah was a moderate until he goes on his tirades about Palestine and George Bush , Muslim wars and violence existed long before the USA was created and even longer before Israel was created , Fatah even has the nerve to declare that the US separation of Church and State was drafted by Muslims to protect them from religous based Governments.
If it's one thing that solidifies Muslims it's the hate for non-Muslims and the Quranic verses to kill the Jews where ever you find them.
