At least in Waterloo, Ontario, it was the coldest February on record....
I know it was cold here in Ottawa, but the local press has said nothing about whether it was the coldest February on record. I suspect that if it had been the warmest, they would be screaming like crazy.No one should be sorry to see February end.
The University of Waterloo Weather Station says its the coldest February they have ever tracked.
