The Jihad Continues in Thailand...
The mainstream media is ignoring Thailand...
Insurgents shot dead two female students in Narathiwat province in a drive-by shooting on Saturday morning, when they were on their way to take exams.
The vitcims, identified as 15-year-old Kanokarn Koomwaen and 17-year-old Sukarnda Srichan, were killed in Si Sakhon district when they were riding a motorcycle to take exams at Yala Rajabhat University.
Police said an unknown number of insurgents chased their motorcycle before firing shots at them.
Si Sakhon police are trying to track the insurgents.
It was the second attack on children by the insurgents 48 hours. On Thursday, a group of extremists ambushed a group of fifth-graders and their teacher as they returned from a field trip to Songkhla.
Laila Mideng, an 11-year-old, was hit in the face by gunfire and was still in a coma this morning. Five other students wounded in the attack were treated and released.
Earlier Saturday, a villager was shot dead while another was critically injured in the southernmost provinces.
A 43-year-old man was killed at 3.30 a.m. in Yala's Raman district when he was on his way to rubber plantation.
At 7 a.m., another 53-year-old man was critically injured in a drive-by shooting in Pattani's Khok Pho district when he was riding a motorcycle. He was rushed to Khai Ingka Yuthaboriharn hospital in Nong Chik district.

Thailand is still being pushed as an 'exotic' vacation destination.
Unfortunately, no one cares about Thailand. Why? It doesn't involve Iraq or Afghanistan. Who in the West cares that Buddhists are killed, or Hindus?
The "religion of peace" mantra is working.
