This is exactly why I have said that gays will rue the Day they marched with Pro-Abortion feminists.
Canada has no Abortion Laws , and since a Toronto Clinic now does Gender-Abortions from the DNA test once the mother is pregnant...and Europe now uses the Down-syndrome DNA ID to abort them which people said would never happen , it will be just a matter of time before the Sexual-Preference Gene will be used to Abort the Gay Foetuses.
The NDP exalts Tommy Douglas even though he endorsed the Nazi-Style eugenics to kill-off the handicapped and mentally ill , Douglas saw that the Farm life showed how animals go through Genetic Perfection by selective breeding where the female chooses the best male.
If a female in canada has the Choice over her body , then nobody can access her DNA report for the Foetus tissue samples and know WHY she had the Abortion.
I'm only telling you the truth about Medical Science that had good intentions to prepare families for the Downsyndrome baby but now it's used to kill it as a burden , and there will be now way to stop the Abortions that prevent Gays from every being born.
I really think that the Gay-Lobby shot themself in the foot when supporting the Choice crowds with no Laws to define who qualifies for the Abortion.
Thank you Mr.Morgentaller, you claim you solved our crime problem by free abortion to those on welfare that didn't create more criminals , now you'll get another OOC medal for wiping out the gay population .

I was thinking earlier today; wherever there are protests at Israeli consulates or embassies someone should stand out front and ask the crowds the following question (and video the responce):
"Who here would like to see every Jew in Israel die?" - or something like that
The response from the crowd would show that without doubt that hatred towards Jews is the reason behind these protests, not some enlightened feelings of fairness.
Bigots masquerading as heroes are the worst kind of bigots!
Keep on fighting the good fight =) maybe one day there won't be babys killed (legaly) in Canada.

Fred, I remember reading a blog entry from an American who identified himself as Gay & Right. He commented that coming out of the closet politically (so to speak) was 100 times more ostracizing than coming out of the closet sexually.
Has this been the case for you as well? If you've written about this before, it would be great if you could post the URL(s) in this comment thread.

When hatred runs deeper than self preservation opponents have no choice. Gays that march with fascists must be filled with unimaginable hatred.
Maybe there is a shift for gays from the Self-hatred in public during those pride parade to a jew-hatred so their problems don't seem as bad.
Could this be the last flicker of self-respect to die under the islamists swords and then justify all the suffering under the western Heterosexual christian morals?
Simialr to the suicidal new mom who kills her baby with her to show how much she cares and IS a good person to not create a Orphan by her lone suicide attempt.
Those that survive the first onslot by the islamists may view the gay beheadings as heroic when they stand-up to the thugs and we forget all about the Militant gay rallies where hatred was spewed in the guise of free Speech.
I've been thinking more about the various groups attending the pro-Hamas rallies. If you were a psychologist and your boss said, "I need you to come up with a solid explanation of why those who would be immediately oppressed if Fundamentalist Islam seized power would possibly rally in support of the same right now", what would your explanation be?
These days I'm reading a book by Tony Judt about Europe after WW2. I'm currently in the section focused on the 1950's. It was clear that while the USSR was oppressing millions of people, some very horribly, many in the West refused to criticize them; some even publicly showed support to the USSR and against the USA. Note that this especially includes many in Western Europe, who just around a decade before had only escaped the clutches of Adolf Hitler because of America. Talk about a short memory!
Were all of these people mentally ill? That's an easy way to sum things up but probably not accurate. The author concludes that they were anti anti-communist.
So in their minds most of these folks went to sleep each night, comfortable that they were not pro-oppression. They were of course, in deep denial about what was going on behind the Iron Curtain. But absolutely no different than those today who will first & foremost criticize America & Israel yet be highly reticent to criticize Radical Islam, Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah, Syria, North Korea, Russia, China, Cuba, or any number of African dictators.
Though in the end equation, to any of us with even a mildly right-leaning bent, refusing to criticize totalitarian regimes appears to be exactly the same thing as lending them support; or at least giving them a free pass to do whatever they want to do.
If I may, let me conclude with a few more points:
The Left is generally more emotional, more moved by the immediate circumstances, and rarely looks at the long term view and/or long term repercussions. Words like hypocrisy, dishonour, and self-responsibility have little meaning to the Left.
The Right tends to focus on the bigger picture, longer term view. Morality and Right & Wrong have more meaning with the Right, but even more so in the macro than the micro.
So, for example, if a Canadian soldier kills a Taliban fighter in Afghanistan, the Right understands that a mother's child has just died but focuses on the bigger picture. The Left can pretty much only focus in on the individual death and suspects that an injustice has occurred; thinking beyond that immediacy just doesn't occur.
Members of the media are almost always on the Left. From a psychological perspective, I don't precisely know why this is. It might be because the nature of their work has them bombarded with event after event after event. So they tend to focus most of their attention on the immediate rather than the bigger picture.
What is so dangerous about the media being so inclined is that their power to shape public opinion is enormous. And like with any good marketing campaign, be it to sell the latest widget or fashion accessory or be it to dehumanize Jews to the level of pigs & dogs, they do alter public opinion more readily than we'd all like to admit. Of course, they take no responsibility for this, citing the old canard that "they're just reporting the news". Sigh.
