Shame on the Pixies...
They cancel their Israeli concerts...
The Pixies have cancelled a concert in Tel Aviv this week in light of Israel's deadly raid on a Gaza-bound aid flotilla.
The U.S. rock group's Tel Aviv promoter, Shuki Weiss, relayed a statement from the band announcing the cancellation “with great regret.”
The band did not specify why it was pulling out of the gig, but organizers say the decision was related to last week's naval raid, which killed nine pro-Palestinian advocates.
Various artists have recently come under heavy pressure from activists to boycott Israel because of its treatment of Palestinians. Elvis Costello recently cancelled a planned concert to protest Israeli policies.
Others, such as Elton John and Rod Stewart, are still planning to play Israel this summer.

You know what G R, there are many fish in the sea to choose from if those artists don't want to perform in the ISRAELIS homeland. Why not perform in Palestine where HAMAS live or are they too Chichen sh*t to do so.
That's true.....but they signed a contract to play in Israel, and so they should play.
I would have the thought the Israelies are hoping Elton John and Rod Stewart would pull out.
