Lebanese TV Allergic to Israeli Songs!

The popular Eurovision song contest has one fewer particpant tonight - the Lebanese have withdrawn from the competition because of Israeli participation.
According to Lebanese national legislation, Télé-Liban is not permitted to broadcast the performance of the Israeli participant, thereby breaching the rules of the Eurovision Song Contest 2005. According to the ESC rules, all national broadcasters of the countries taking part in the Contest must broadcast the entire event, comprising two live televised shows – a Semi Final and a Final.
We agree that it is dangerous for the Lebanese people to hear Israelis sing - what if people liked the music?
