The Conservatives dither again....

Are the Conservatives now supporting Kyoto?

The change in the Conservative position was first revealed by party environment critic Bob Mills following release of the Liberal government's Kyoto implementation plan Wednesday.

Mr. Mills said that Canada is committed to the treaty but that the Conservatives would produce a more realistic plan. He suggested that the emissions-cutting targets should be stretched over a longer time, which would require renegotiating the treaty.

A more realistic plan? Is that the best the Conservatives can do? How about a more realistic view of the science behind global warming?
