THE Government is to use DDT to eliminate malaria despite stiff challenges from environmentalists, the primary health care state minister, Dr. Alex Kamugisha, has said.

He was addressing Moyo district leaders on Monday at Moyo Multi-purpose Hall.

Kamugisha said the use of DDT against malaria worked well in Britain, USA and in Asian countries. Present were UNICEF country Representative Martin Mogwanja and representatives from Danida

Yes, DDT can save lives....
