Dutch also vote no....Will the EU 'get it'?

The Dutch have voted no on the EU constitution by an even wider margin than the French - 62-39

My big question is how they are going to get the constitution back on the agenda. I don't think the EU is really going to get the message.

Good for the Dutch for sending a strong message.
