It seems like everybody predicts there will be a conservative breakthrough in Quebec. The Globe & Mail today published a survey predicting 8 seats for the Tories. Well, I just don't see it. With the Bloc at 48% in the polls, I find it hard to believe that the Conservatives and the Liberals won't split the federalist votes. So, here's my prediction. Zero seats for the Tories in Quebec. I certainly hope that I am wrong.

I agree with your seat count. There is no "ground game" for the CPC in Quebec. The Bloc and the Libs can get out the vote, I doubt if the good guys can.
