Record Low Temperatures Continue in Sweden....
I'd like to know about the temperatures in the other Scandinavian countries...
The lowest August temperatures for more than sixty years have been recorded in southern Sweden, as August comes to a chilly conclusion across the country.
Tuesday night was unusually cold, with temperatures falling below zero in an area stretching from the far north of the country down as far south as Götaland, the southernmost quarter of Sweden.
At Ronneby Airport in Blekinge, southern Sweden, the lowest August temperature was recorded since measurements began there in 1945. Early on Wednesday morning the thermometer there was showing 0.7 degrees celsius.
The previous August record was 1.3 degrees, which was measured in Ronneby in 1978, according to the SMHI weather service.
Frost is expected in many parts of the country on Wednesday night. The mean daytime temperature is expected to be below normal in the whole country, with temperatures in Norrland forecast to be significantly below average for the time of year.

The globe is cooling...
Why do you fail to mention this, this, this, this, or this. We can play this game forever, you will LOSE everytime. Keep fighting reality, combing the globe for a snowflake, or a dissenter. What a colossal waste of energy.
Steve V - It's true that most (but NOT all) qualified scientists feel that humans probably do contribute at least somewhat to global warming. However, less than 600 years ago, most educated people thought the sun went around the Earth. Popular opinion, even the wisdom of the learned, does not necessarily constitute the truth.
Steve: Again, I don't put up these tidbits to say that global warming is not happening...but to at least indicate that there are parts of the globe that are cooling. The earth hasn't warmed since 1998...
Faith based environmentalism is annoying, I hate the new religion.
We even have to practice the garbage rituals at work, seperating crap from crap.
The hypocrisy of their clergy is close to that of the RC Church.
