Why am I not surprised???

Two terrorists have escaped from custody in a Palestinian jail.
Palestinian security forces arrested the two men, who belong to the militant group Islamic Jihad, following the Feb. 25 bombing. Five Israelis died in the bombing near the Stage nightclub.

Shafiq Abdel Ghani and Ahmed Zaki were being held by Palestinian security forces in the West Bank city of Tulkarem.

Security forces haven't explained how the two men escaped.
Gee, I wondered how they escaped???
