Violence is up in the Middle East - but by whom?

Here's a typical CBC story on an Israeli missile attack on a Gaza refugee camp. The Israelis were targeting terrorists who had just lobbed shells at a jewish settlement.

Of course, the title of the CBC report is "Israel strikes Gaza refugee camp" with no reference to who started the violence. But, how about these paragraphs?
However, after a lull that followed the ceasefire announcement, violence has started to climb, including on Sunday, when:

* One Hamas militant was killed in southern Gaza when a rocket-propelled grenade he was trying to fire at a Jewish settlement exploded prematurely.

* Two militants from the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades died in Gaza City when they set off the explosives they were handling.
Couldn't the CBC, just once, be honest and indicate who was violating the truce?
