It's not been a good week for the Prime Minister. First, his Ministers have been scrambling all week to come up with new policies to satisfy his latest demands. Second, he couldn't make up his mind whether new elections were warranted...and now, after he's had an entire evening to look over the latest proposals, he still can't make up his mind. This is not what we expect from our Prime Minister.
